Q: Is there safe parking available?

A: There is parking available in the parking lot of the venue and spill-over parking across the road. On festival days, there will be parking attendants to show you where to go. Follow the banner signs.

Q: Do kids attend for free?

A: Children under 12 pay half price and  under 3 yrs enter free. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult or they will be given a double espresso, a drum and a puppy.

Q: Will I be able to buy food at the festival?

A: Food will be available for purchase from three different vendors. Vegetarian options will be available.

Q: Can I buy tickets for the talks on the day?

A: Tickets for individual talks will be available on the day provided the talk is not already fully booked.

Q: Movement modality Demos – Can visitors participate?

A: Most definitely – visitors will be encouraged to participate.

Q: Can I buy tickets for the festival on the day?

A: Yes. You can buy entrance tickets at the door. Tickets for individual talks will also be available, provided the talk is not already fully booked.

Q: What are the Festival opening hours?

A: 08h00 – 18h00, both days

Q: Is my ticket valid on each day of the Festival?

A: Your ticket will have a date on it and it will only be valid for that date

Q: Can I buy from the stallholders at the Festival?

A: Yes! Exhibitors will be selling their products at the Festival, usually at a special Festival price! Note: Some stalls are cash only and may not have credit card facilities.

Q: Is there an ATM available at the Festival?

A: Yes – there is an ATM just outside the festival itself in the same complex

Q: I purchased a ticket online, however I have lost/did not receive the ticket email – what do I do?

A: Firstly, please check your junk/spam folder as the tickets may have ended up there. If you bought the ticket from us please mail us on and if you purchased the ticket through our ticketing services please mail them directly on
